A target that comes from you, not a guess.
Enter your age, height, weight, goal weight and how active you are. Eativa works out your daily need with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, a standard formula for it, and shows your BMI next to it.
To lose weight it subtracts 500 calories a day, never going below 1,200. To gain, it adds 500.

Estimates, not a diagnosis.
Eativa's numbers and checks come from an AI reading one photo, so portion sizes, hidden oil and sauces can throw them off. Use them as a guide. If you have an allergy, celiac disease or a medical diet, read the label and ask your doctor or dietitian.
A few things to know
Is Eativa free?
You can download it for free and use the recipes, the nutrition calendar and your profile targets without paying. Photo analysis needs Premium, and the app shows the plans and prices before you choose one.
How accurate are the calories?
They're estimates. The AI judges the dish and portion from one photo, so it can't see the oil in the pan or weigh your plate. They're close enough to keep a daily count honest, but not a lab measurement.
Can I rely on the vegan, gluten-free and acne checks?
Treat them as a first look. A photo can't show every ingredient, so if you have celiac disease, an allergy or a strict diet, check the label or ask the kitchen.
Where do my photos go?
When you run an analysis, the app sends that one photo through AIProxy to OpenAI, which reads it and returns the result. The app asks your permission before the first photo leaves your iPhone. Your food log, profile and saved analyses stay on your iPhone, and you need no account.
How long does the app keep my analyses?
Recent analyses you don't save are removed after 30 days. Saved ones stay in your history until you delete them.
Was Eativa called something else?
Yes. It was Foodr, and on the App Store it is listed as Foodr until the new name ships. It is the same app.
